Volunteer Dormitory Policy

Your group’s reservation is confirmed when you have:

· Submitted the Group Registration Form

· Submitted the Volunteer Dormitory Release Form

· Enclosed your group’s refundable dormitory security deposit

· Enclosed your group’s non-refundable lodging deposit

The dormitory security deposit required is $100.00. The deposit is refundable if the number of reservations is honored; no physical damage is done to the property; and the dormitory passes a cleaning inspection prior to departure. Cleaning products are provided.

The non-refundable lodging deposit is calculated on the basis of $10.00/person/night for building upkeep and maintenance. The Volunteer dormitory is provided as a mission resource for those who benefit from its shelter. Volunteer groups are expected to regard the building and its various provisions in keeping with appropriate levels of care and cleanliness as well as personal and group behavior.
