Potential Client Information

Hosanna Industries staff member. If you are in need of home repairs or a new home or know someone with these needs, here are a few things you should know. The homeowner should call Amy Ed at 724-770-0262 or toll free at 1-888-444-4672. You will be asked if you own your home, how many people live there and what the total gross income to the household is. We will also need to know if you plan on selling your home within the next five years. If you qualify over the phone, you will be briefly interviewed for further information and will be asked to send documentation in the form of a photocopy of your deed and financial verification.

Your name will be placed on the “inspection list” following the receipt of the above mentioned paperwork. You will receive a call to determine when our construction inspectors will be visiting your home to look at the proposed project. This will be thoroughly explained to you as well as the Equity Sharing Agreement they will be presenting to you.

After the inspection is satisfactorily completed, you will be placed on our project list. We ask for your patience during this process. We have many families who need repairs just like you. We are trying to assist you as soon as possible, but it could be six months to a year before we are able to begin your repairs. You are important to us, and we truly understand your dire need.

Hosanna Industries will complete your rehab work at no cost to you. In order for us to do this, we rely on funding from sources which enable us to continue this type of service. We greatly appreciate any contribution to our mission, but it is not required.

New construction requires a piece of land and financing for the cost of materials, but call before doing anything so that we can provide you with more information. You will want to be on our list before any steps are taken.

You will be called when we are ready to schedule your project. Our full-time staff of mission workers will arrive in bright green vehicles and will be wearing green “Hosanna Industries” shirts. They will be happy to provide you with photo identification should you be concerned about the validity of who they are. Be assured that our trained mission workers will be supervising any tasks on which volunteers may work. During the course of a project workers often need access to electric, water and occasionally a restroom.

Sometimes on larger projects a large group of volunteers may accompany the staff to work on a project. These are folks from many different areas of the nation who have come to donate their time to work with Hosanna Industries. They are supervised by our trained mission workers and will enable Hosanna Industries to complete the project at a lower cost because of their donated labor.

If at anytime you want to check on the progress of your place on the list, please call our office. In the meantime, please know that we are doing all that we can to assist you in as timely a manner as possible.
